I am offering a comfortable room on the first floor of my house. A parking space is available in the secure complex with CCTV and a caretaker. A 3, 6, 9 or 12-month agreement is available for professionals on assignment. The bond will be returned after an inspection of the premises upon departure. The bathroom and separate toilet are shared with another tenant staying on the same floor. The kitchen and washing machine are located on the ground floor of the villa. I provide bed linen, bath and table linen, tea towels for the kitchen, and all cleaning products. Tastefully decorated with a warm welcome. Absolute charm and tranquillity, conveniently located. Shops and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk away. Cannes city centre is 15 minutes away by car or bus number 10. The villa is located in a complex called "Le Village," featuring Provençal architecture, in the heart of the "Croix des Gardes Protected Natural Park" (80 hectares at the foot of the complex).
