I'm offering a room in my apartment, located on the sixth floor with an elevator, right in the city center, very close to the port of Nice. The apartment has three bedrooms: I occupy the first, my 22-year-old son the second, and the third is available for anyone looking for a place to live.
The room offered is bright and comfortable. Tenants have access to a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. Depending on your preferences, you can share meals together or remain independent.
I work mainly evenings and nights as I manage a jazz club in Villefranche-sur-Mer, which gives the apartment a flexible and friendly atmosphere.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, tout était en ordre et je me suis senti très à l’aise. Le monsieur est très gentil, sympathique et drôle, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. La cohabitation était excellente et je n’ai eu aucun problème. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
