Sofa, kettle, cups, desk, light and space available. Bathroom, refrigerator and microwave: exclusively reserved for tenants and located outside the room. Ideal for someone who prefers to eat out or at work, and who simply wants to reheat dishes in the microwave without a cook. Possibility of rinsing cups or plates in the shower room sink, making sure to leave it clean. No shared accommodation, no washing machine, no kitchen. Breakfast is provided for 1 night. Rental available for a single person, regardless of the length of stay. For a couple, rental is limited to 15 days maximum.
