12 m² room for rent for a non-smoker in a four-room flat, located on a high floor of a building in the commune of Bourg-lès-Valence. It is close to all amenities: buses, grocery shops, laundrette, bank.
The rental grants access to all rooms, except for two which I reserve for when I am visiting, while expecting the equipment to be treated with care. The tenant will be responsible for doing their own shopping, preparing their meals, and cleaning their room.
Bus stop in front of the apartment complex, station 2.5 km away.
Arrival and departure outside of standard hours is possible.
