Excellent logement avec un beau jardin et deux chats très mignons! La localisation est parfaite pour les étudiants à l'Université de Montréal et il y a un accès facile aux autres universités (HEC, McGill, Concordia, etc.) par le métro qui est à 7 minutes de marche seulement. À 10 minutes de marche, il y a aussi de bons supermarchés, pharmacie et salle de sport dans le centre Wilderton. Quant au logement, la propreté est bien soutenue (une femme de ménage s'en occupe à chaque semaine). L'accueil est également très satisfaisant et on se sent comme chez soi! :)
Quelques non-dits par rapport à l'annonce initiale (présence de chats, escalier, restrictions côté cuisine....) Point positif accessibilité aux transports en communs et à l'université.
Hébergement confortable et très bien placé dans un quartier calme et tranquille. J'ai énormément apprécié mon séjour chez Chantal qui s'est montrée très accueillante et agréable. De plus, elle a été très réactive et à l'écoute quand un problème a été rencontré au cours de mon séjour.
La chambre est propre avec des rangements. Un grand placard. Une commode. Un bureau. Un ventilateur. Un petit frigo et une petite cafetière. Salle de bain partagée et possibilité d accès à la cuisine et au jardin. A proximité des transports en commun , bus, métro. Ligne bleue. Quartier très calme.

Je reviendrai chez Chantal, la situation de sa maison est parfaite à 3 min à pied du campus de l’Université de Montréal. Chambre avec salle de bain indépendante : top !
Toutes 5 étoiles. Super gentille. Quand je suis arrivée, elle m'a fait visité en voiture les environs (épicerie, pharmacie etc.). J'avais le cœur gros quand je suis parti !!!! Merci Chantal et Arnaud !!
