Room for rent Old Montreal (Montréal - H2Y 2T2)

I am renting a large room in my unique apartment in Old Montreal. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building (1868) with a unique interior design from the 70s and 80s. The many woodwork, counters, moldings, stained glass windows and other original ornaments bring a retro and warm feel. The room is ideal for one person or a couple. Please note, on the ground floor there is a very lively bar and the intersection is very touristy; you should expect some background noise, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Having lived in this room for a year, earplugs are sometimes necessary, depending on your type of sleep. The room has 5 windows and a small balcony. A mini-fridge, air conditioner and ceiling fan are at your disposal. The Place-d'Armes metro station is a 6-minute walk away. I am looking for calm and sociable people, respectful of common areas.
