It's a spacious apartment, about 70 m², very pleasant to live in thanks to its high ceilings and brightness. The room overlooks a tree-lined park, providing a tranquil environment. Located near Trinitaires Park and close to Jouvet Park, the location is ideal: five minutes from the city centre and ten minutes from the train station.I am a freelance urban architect, I work from home and I enjoy discussing various topics. I have a cat, Marti, who is both playful and affectionate. Therefore, it's important not to be allergic to cats.
