Hello. I am offering a 12m² room in a building located near 5 Avenues and St-Barnabé. 25 min walk from the Timone hospital (bus 7, 7B and 7T), 12 min walk from the tram and metro (L1). On the top floor, with a balcony, a 140 cm bed, a desk, a dressing area. Local shops are about 10 min walk away to fill the fridge. PS: In principle, I am not at home on weekends. Do not hesitate to contact me, even if the schedule does not match, you never know.

Une deuxième expérience chez Cedric, le bilan est le même ! Le logement est impeccable et dispose de toute les commodités nécessaires. De son côté Cedric fait preuve d'une hospitalité et d'une convivialité telle qu'on se sent comme à la maison. En partant on a déjà envie de revenir.
Tout d’abord je tiens à saluer la gentillesse de Cédric, son accueil chaleureux et ses excellents conseilles. Une personne formidable qui sait prendre soin de ses hôtes et qui leurs fait sentir qu’ils sont chez eux! J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans son appartement lumineux et chaleureux et grâce à lui j’ai pu découvrir et profiter de sa belle ville. Je te remercie pour ta joie de vivre et ton sourire qui ne quitte jamais ton visage qui nous ont fait passer de bons moments. Je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir très prochainement et je le recommande pour ceux qui aiment la convivialité le partage et la vie tout simplement.
Cédric est un hôte formidable ! J'ai eu la chance de l'avoir la semaine où j'étais chez lui. De très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter et de super bonnes adresses pour les amateurs de vin et de fromage ! L'appartement est moderne, spacieux, propre et super bien équipé, tout y est ! Il communique très bien ! L'entente s'est faite directement et naturellement. J'ai pu y télétravailler dans le calme la journée et partager avec lui des apéros gourmands et inoubliables ! Je recommande !
