I am in a beautiful region of Quebec, in Magog in the Eastern Townships. 1h20 drive from Montreal, 20 minutes drive from Sherbrooke and 2h30 from Quebec City. Ideal for people who love the outdoors and sports: skiing, cycling, hiking at Mont-Orford, bike path and ice skating. Close to the lake, downtown and all services.
Preferably for ladies, I have a room in a fully furnished 4 and a half room condo with access to the bathroom. Quiet and clean environment.
There is a kind and affectionate cat. I am retired but I still work, I am active and sporty.
Non-smoking and drug-free environment. Respect is required.
