The apartment is close to the BALMA ring road exit.
You are a 25-minute walk from the center.
You have access to a bicycle storage room as well as a large cellar.
Bus at the bottom of the building: Jolimont metro station accessible in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes with bus 37.
Bus lines 23 and 37 (Coquille stop) at the bottom of the building and line L1 15 minutes away providing access to TBS Enthiore, the city center, etc.
The three universities of Toulouse are less than 30 minutes away by public transport. Saliège high school is 8 minutes away by bike.
The environment is quiet. The building is secure. Shops are nearby: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants (McDonald's, Japanese, Vietnamese, tacos, pizzeria), fitness club.
Close to the greenway for bike rides, the Alex Jany swimming pool and the greenway.
