Room for rent in Ris Orangis

Hello,

A couple for a few years, we don't have children but we have a cat and we would like to rent one of our rooms which serves as a guest room for a maximum of 4 months.

We are 2 sociable people and ready to welcome with the utmost respect.
The room is clean and well equipped: large wardrobe, large double bed, large 82 cm TV screen and 24/7 internet connection. You will have access to the other rooms: kitchen, bathroom, living room with office area for your administrative procedures.
Laundry 1 to 2 times a week maximum.
Our apartment is a large, bright 3-room apartment of 62m2.

Located in the town of Ris Orangis:
RER D (Orangis Bois de l'épine) 30 minutes from Gare de Lyon
RER every 10 minutes, during strikes every 1/2 hour
STATION 12 minutes on foot.
City center 5 minutes walk: AUCHAN, PARAPHARMACY, hairdresser, florist ...
PHARMACY and BAKERY at the foot of the building
Quiet area, schools, shops.
