The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, all made of high-quality materials and maintained in impeccable condition. The entire environment is very clean and quiet.

Shared common areas include the kitchen, living rooms, bathroom, powder room, and access to a washer and dryer. It's important to note that the house is smoke-free and pet-friendly.

I am particularly interested in hosting a student, a professional, or a person on a working holiday visa who is independent. The ideal shared accommodation would be with a clean, respectful person who appreciates peace and quiet and wants to contribute to a harmonious and restorative atmosphere, conducive to rest, study, or convivial meals.

We enjoy easy access to Highway 13/440 and are located 20 minutes from YUL Airport. Parking is available.
