Room for rent in Pierrefeu-du-var (Pierrefeu-Du-Var - 83390)

Hello, I'm a 29-year-old woman who is separating from my partner. I'm offering a furnished room for rent in a quiet and pleasant 80 m² house with a garden, exclusively for a woman.

The room is furnished and comfortable, and all utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are included.

You will have access to the entire house (kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc.). Free parking is available right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and respecting the property is essential. A mattress topper is provided for the sofa bed.

Please note that there is a cat in the house. She is very timid at first but becomes extremely affectionate once she trusts you.

The house is ideally located, close to various shops.
