The deposit is refundable if no damage or unpaid bills are found. The apartment is dual-aspect and includes an entrance hall, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. I have a very sociable cat who lives in the apartment. A cleaning lady comes once a week to ensure the complete maintenance of the apartment. Smokers are allowed, but only on the landing or on the balcony.
