Furnished room for rent - exclusively for students - in a comfortable and quiet 4.5-room duplex apartment in Bramois. It is a 5-minute walk from bus stops, 10 minutes by bike from the hospital, and 10 minutes on foot from the Institut Kurt Bosch (UNIL Bramois). The bathroom is shared with my two daughters, aged 12 and 11 (who are present every other weekend). The kitchen, living room, balcony, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available for communal use. WiFi is provided. There is a locked bike storage room, and public parking is 200 metres away. The room is available from January 2027. The duration of the rental agreement is to be discussed. Rent is CHF 500 per month, inclusive of all bills.
