Hello, I am renting out this quiet room, over 10 m², in my bright apartment just a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the nearest theatres. The room is quiet, facing the inner courtyard, and includes a 160x200 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a television. There is no traffic noise. A washing machine is also available. The facilities are shared: living room, kitchen, and bathroom (90x90 cm shower, sink, and toilet). There is a small balcony facing the courtyard where you can have breakfast in the shade. So, welcome!

Un très bon séjour chez Jean Luc, hôte affable avec qui il est très agréable d'échanger, logement très calme et climatisé, très proche des remparts.
Très bon séjour chez Jean-Luc, à 10-15 min à pied du centre d'Avignon tout proche du festival dans une résidence très calme avec chambre climatisée. Jean-Luc vous accueillera avec générosité dans son univers coloré et personnalisé, je recommande !
Jean-Luc est un monsieur très accueillant, gentil et à l'écoute. Toujours prêt à rendre service et aux petits soins pour ses colocataires de passage. L'immeuble est très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la rue des teinturiers. Le quartier et calme et la clim' fonctionne très bien. Endroit idéal pour les festivaliers !
