Description
A single room or two single rooms in a self-contained unit in an old farmhouse, with a separate entrance, furnished, available to rent by the month or the entire unit by arrangement to clean, quiet guests. Free Wi-Fi use in the house. No smoking of any kind (outside on the garden patio only), no alcohol. Visitors must be registered. No overnight visitors. We live upstairs in the house.It's an old house. We keep it clean, however, there is wear and tear here and there. Simple living at an affordable price. We still ask that you keep the space reasonably clean. Shower and toilet are shared for two rooms. No shared activities planned. We heat with wood. Parking in front of the house for use during your stay.Laundry washing and dryer: CHF 5 per wash. Cleaning of the toilet and hallway, rubbish disposal, and a basic/rough clean of the rooms once a week by the host. Kitchenette, no full kitchen!
