A single-parent family with children (aged 15 and 13) is offering two rooms for rent to quiet and sociable young people (students, interns, young workers, etc.) who are French-speaking (or speak French) and residing in Belgium (e.g., with their parents). Tenants will enjoy accommodation in a large, bright 300 m² villa located in a quiet neighborhood, with full access to all the house's facilities.
The space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a garden with a ping-pong table, trampoline, and swimming pool. The attic rooms measure 20 m² and are furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers, open shelves, and a digital TV (Netflix and Apple TV included). A refrigerator is also available on your landing, in addition to reversible air conditioning.
Located near the Route 0 ring road, the house offers easy access to public transportation, with Tec W and 365 buses just a few minutes' walk away, as well as a train station within a 15-20 minute walk. Shops are also nearby.
A rental deposit is required.
The proposed contract is a student lease.
