Private room in my apartment located in Rosemont, in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, near the Promenades Masson. Several bus lines provide easy access to various metro stations and the city centre.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, with:
- living room and balcony overlooking a green laneway;
- equipped kitchen;
- washer/dryer;
- high-speed fibre internet;
- Hydro/Air conditioning.

The room is furnished and ready to live in. Access to all rooms and the living room for streaming.

I live on-site with Paprika 🐱, a sweet and quiet cat. You must therefore be comfortable with animals. I am looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful person for a temporary stay of 2 to 6 months. It is ideal for someone on an internship, a student, on a business trip, or in transition in Montreal.
