I'm moving into this awesome flat on June 1st and looking for someone to share it with for June, July, and August.It's a flat in Old Quebec, on Sainte-Anne Street, very close to the Town Hall. A 10-minute walk to numerous buses!Also 10 minutes from a grocery store and all the shops on Saint-Jean Street.The room will be furnished.Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the flat. The large deck overlooks a shared courtyard with other neighbours.NZ$775/month, including utilities.For my part, I spend a lot of time writing my master's thesis (in environmental design), so I see my flat as a quiet and relaxing space.
