Beautiful, large, comfortable room in a great location! Close to everything: Laval University, Cégep, hospitals (IUCPQ and CHUL), bus station, shopping centers, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Everything is within walking distance.
And public transport from early morning until late at night, close to home.
The place is clean and quiet, the room is spacious and well-lit thanks to large windows. There is plenty of storage and a sink in the room. Everything is included: bedding, linens, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, etc.
The house has an air exchanger that cools or heats the air depending on the season. The air is clean and the place is carpet-free.

Colocation parfaite, chambre très confortable et bien située. Il y a plusieurs centres commerciaux à proximité et la zone est desservie par pas mal de bus qui permettent de se rendre dans le centre ville ou encore à l'Université Laval. Lauraine et Rodrigue sont adorables, très disponibles et de très bon conseil pour visiter Québec. Ils m'ont très bien accueillie. Un tout grand merci à eux qui ont rendu mon séjour si agréable.

Lauraine et Rodrigo sont des super hôtes accueillants et pleins de bons conseils. Le logement est situé près des transports et entre l'aéroport et le vieux Québec. Je recommande vivement le séjour chez Lauraine :)
