Three-story building with elevator, clean, quiet, and secure, equipped with an intercom and security cameras.
Private room of 9.70 m² in a modern apartment with garden view, located on the first floor. The room is equipped with a double bed, a wall closet, as well as a table and chair. Access to shared spaces is included.
Utilities include: water, electricity, gas, condominium fees, garbage tax, unlimited Wi-Fi, and cleaning once or twice a month (cleaning of common areas only).
Close to all amenities: shops, theater, cinema, library, pharmacy, etc.
