Room for rent with a small bed (11 m²) and built-in wardrobes. A small connecting room (7 m²) is also included in the rental and currently used as an office. Ideal for a single person or with a child. Shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, terrace, garden, a cellar, and a small attic. A lease will be drawn up for any rental of more than one month, accompanied by a deposit. Internal regulations will be established to ensure harmonious cohabitation between all tenants. My children, aged 5 and 12, are present in the house every other week. I have two cats, and the possibility of welcoming other animals can be discussed. I look forward to meeting you.
