La location était pour mon fils étudiant, le premier contact avec Philippe était à l'écoute. Et mon fils arrivant sur place cela c'est très vite mal passé. Il faut savoir que Philippe fume a l'intérieur de son domicile et mon fils s'est pris des reproches car il entrouvait la fenêtre pour aérer un peu. Bref nous avons mis terme à la location mais juste 3 jours avant qu'il ne change de location Philippe a voulu mettre notre fils a la rue car il aurait rayé une casserole. Le séjour de mon fils s'est très bien passé sur la nouvelle location. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il continue de louer chez lui alors qu'il ne supporte pas les jeunes.

Son fils était de quelqu'un très malpropre tres peu ordonné et effectivement j ai cassé le contrat avec anticipation... j ai des photos en preuves...
Philippe m’a très bien accueillie. Il est de bons conseils et très serviable. L’accessibilité directe à tout l’électroménager ménager, au wifi, au jardin, au bbq offre un luxe très apprécié ! Je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon séjour chez lui !
