Description
Large, bright room located in the countryside, in a typical Picardy farmhouse. Free fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, desk available. Access to a large, fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. A large green space and parking are available in an enclosed courtyard, easily accessible and at no extra cost.
The property is 20 minutes from the center of Amiens, 10 minutes from Longueau train station, and 6 minutes from the village of Moreuil. The use of a private vehicle is recommended due to the limited availability of public transportation. The house is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted in the courtyard. The bedroom is located upstairs, making it inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.
Pleasant walks are possible in the immediate vicinity of the river, and a forest within walking distance is nearby. Sports clubs are available on site, and horseback riding is available 300 meters away. Housekeeping is provided weekly by a professional, and sheets are changed every two weeks.

Bonjour! Mr Crevecoeur est une personne très respectueuse, à l'écoute et fait en sorte que la cohabitation se passe au mieux (adaptation placards, chauffage d'appoint sdb, rangement, tv ect...). Lieu de vie très bien entretenu. Encore merci pour ces 6 mois ! Cindy :)

Très bon séjour passé en compagnie de Philippe et Florence. Cadre familial et calme, très proche de Amiens. La chambre est très accueillante, décorée avec goût, mais à l'étage loin des WC, il faut prévoir des toilettes portatives. Présence de deux petits chiens. Peu de promiscuité, respect de son cadre habituel : heures de douche, arrivée/départ ou repas n'ont posé aucun soucis, bref, très flexible. J'ai surtout apprécié les discussions, la culture et le cadre un peu campagnard, même si proche d'une grande ville, qui enrichit nos vies.

Nous avons été heureux de vous accueillir. Comme vous le savez, les deux petits chiens ne seront bientôt plus là. Il faut en effet descendre un escalier pour aller aux toilettes. Pour les personnes ayant des petits soucis, nous proposons des toilettes de camping. Bien à vous
Maison calme et très agréable. Grande chambre, joliment décorée. Philippe est un hôte très sympathique et attentionné. Village bien situé, à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de Longueau.
Très bien accueillie chez Philippe. La maison est agréable, Philippe est respectueux et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires.
Je recommande cet endroit, les hôtes sont accueillants, sympathiques et mettent tout en œuvre pour qu'on passe un très bon séjour.
