You will share the kitchen, the spacious and bright living room, the garden, and its terrace.
On the ground floor: Your bedroom is furnished with a desk, a new 140cm bed, and a storage closet in a calm and studious atmosphere.

You are respectful of the space.
You are alone.
We base our relationship on trust and mutual kindness in this respectful home.
Prices include utilities (internet, Wi-Fi access, electricity, water, gas underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen).
The owners (teacher and carpenter) visit once a week and occasionally stay upstairs without disturbing you.
Parking space in front of the house.
