Near the Hebron Valley Hospital I rent only to clean and tidy people... You must remove your shoes in the house. Parties are not allowed because of the neighbors... The kitchen utensils are basic. And I'm somewhat picky about cleanliness...for future tenants...I live near the Hebron Valley Hospital. Utilities up to €50, if it's more than that I'd have to pay. A neighborhood surrounded by green areas, very quiet.
