Quiet room with window overlooking an interior patio. Sunny in summer. It has a single bed, a work table, a large armchair, a small table with drawers and a wardrobe. The apartment is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, three minutes from the Drassanes metro, right in front of the port. A fifteen-minute walk from the beach.
Long-term rentals for students. All expenses are included in the price. NO deposit required.
We are an open family, very used to hosting people in our home. Lovers of art and culture in general. We like to travel, art and books, as we have a bookstore.
As you know, this is not a hotel but a private home. Common areas such as the bathroom or kitchen are used by other people. We have a cleaning lady. This service is also included in the price.
We will be delighted to have you at home. Any member of the family can assist you and do not hesitate to report any incident that can be improved.
