We are 2 roommates looking for a 3rd person (female only), someone serious, honest, nice and simple.
Large furnished apartment of 80m2 with terrace in a private residence with elevator in Poissy avenue Fernand Lefebvre 6-7 min walk from the city center, 8 min by bus from the RER A stations for Paris. Franprix and bakery nearby. Free parking space on the street.
The price includes individual gas heating, electricity, wifi and a Netflix equivalent. Provide a deposit of €700 which will be returned on the day of departure. Cleaning products for common areas are not included. Consumables and personal hygiene products are also not included.
Short durations accepted (minimum 3 months). Specific price depending on the duration, contact me for prices. Roomlala allows you to specify only 3 different prices.

Malheureusement, mon séjour a été très difficile. Il n'y avait absolument aucune sécurité. On m'a volé de l'argent liquide dans ma chambre personnelle. Je suis venu en France en Erasmus. Je me suis retrouvé dans une situation très difficile.
Serap est une femme très sympathique, amusante, polie, organisée et respectueuse. Mon séjour était super, j'ai passé un bon moment ! Je le recommande à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un bon séjour près de Paris. Je me suis fait de très bons amis que j'espère revoir dans les années à venir.
