Description
I am renting out a furnished student room (homestay) in a residential neighbourhood that is very well served by the bus network. The bus stop is 50 metres from the apartment. Bus lines 8 and 5 take you to the railway station hub, where you can connect to express buses heading to Sophia Antipolis, Cannes or Nice. Lines 30 and 31 take you directly to the Carrefour hypermarket or to Juan-les-Pins. The furnished room has a private bathroom with a shower and a sink. The room overlooks the residence's internal garden from the loggia. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. The bedroom door is fitted with a lock. A corner of the loggia is equipped with a clothes airer for the student's exclusive use. The kitchen is shared, as is the fridge. Bed sheets are provided. Use of the washing machine is permitted twice a week. We speak French, English and Spanish.
