Description
House in Champigny-sur-Marne, in the Tremblay neighbourhood. Very close to the A4 and A86 motorways, as well as bus lines serving Nogent-sur-Marne, Créteil and Joinville. A 15-minute walk to the Nogent-le-Perreux RER E station. The superb Tremblay park is a 5-minute walk away, and the banks of the Marne are also a 5-minute walk away. Close to Paris with a countryside atmosphere. We live in a millstone house, as a couple in our 50s/60s with our daughter. The top floor is reserved for shared housing (2nd room also rented out). Flatmates enjoy complete independence from the rest of the house, with a toilet and shower reserved exclusively for them (for the 2 flatmates). The room is spacious and equipped with a kitchenette including a hob and a fridge. In the basement of the house, you have access to the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This is a furnished room rental where everyone enjoys their own independence and lives their own life with mutual respect.
