I'm offering to share my house with a roommate. You'll have a bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite private bathroom. I can also offer another room for private use to accommodate a guest or use as an office space, depending on your needs. The house has a total surface area of 160 m², consisting of 6 bedrooms, and is located near the village of Pont-Saint-Martin.

A beautiful woodland and a river are nearby, perfect for walks.

About the shared accommodation: I'm a calm and sociable father living here with my 6-year-old daughter in shared custody. The rest of the time, I'm often at my partner's, so the house remains peaceful and pleasant.

I enjoy cooking and am passionate about computers and sports. I don't watch much television, so the living room is often available in the evenings, providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
