The hosts live in another city throughout the year and are only present in the house for a few weeks each year. Access to the living areas is unrestricted in their absence, but is limited to preparing meals when they are present (meals must be eaten in the room). Five rooms are occupied all year round. The room in this listing, which faces south, is very quiet and looks out over the house's small garden. Cleaning of the common areas, in the absence of the hosts, is carried out collectively by the tenants. The room is ideally located for students: a large town house near Saint-Jean station, Saint-Michel and Victoire. Located on the 2nd floor, it has a window with a view of the garden. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other two rooms on the floor, which are also rented out. The room includes wardrobes, a double bed, a desk, and has Wi-Fi. Free access to the kitchen to prepare your meals. Washing machine available.
