Near Vallparadís Park, 2 minutes from Red Cross nursing school, 5 minutes from Mútua Hospital, UPC, ESCAC and Vallparadís Universitat FGC station (Metro del Vallès), and 15 minutes from Renfe-Centre.
First floor: living room (8 x 4 m), kitchen, bathroom with shower and one bedroom; patio (4 x 4 m) with sunny outbuilding/laundry room (washing machine, clothesline and own terrace). Second floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub; storage room. Second floor: attic, not habitable. Looking for a very clean and quiet person. A contract will be signed by mutual agreement and I will need proof of income, sorry.
