Located just 5 min. from Oviedo and 15 min. from Gijón by car, in a quiet area from the noise of the city, suitable for relaxing. Parking next to the house.
The bus to Oviedo takes about 12 minutes and to Gijón about 20 minutes.
Two bus companies connect with Oviedo and one of them passes through the two university campuses, the Milan Campus and the Faculties of Christ.
You can enjoy the garden, the living room, the kitchen.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house, but in the garden it is.
- Animals are not permitted. Sometimes there may be a dog at home.

Como estudiante de francés haciendo prácticas en Oviedo, pasé tres meses en la casa de Nuria. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Descubrí a una mujer súper simpática y divertida. Nuria es una persona tranquila y que te hace sentir muy cómodo. Me encantó la experiencia y espero volver a verla pronto!
Impresionante, te hace sentirte como en tu casa de toda la vida desde el principio, muy simpatica y divertida, sin duda se que volvere a verla aunque no sea necesario quedarme allo, es una persona mas de las que tengo que visitar cada vez que pueda. Totalmente recomendable.
