I am offering a room of approximately 12 m2, with an extra bed, for flatsharing with the resident (there are two of us at the moment), in a house built in 1977. It's located in a quiet, green residential area of Carvin, 300 metres from the town centre. The house itself has a floor area of 80 m2 and the section of land is almost 400 m2. Carvin is halfway between Lens and Lille, where universities are located. The town, with 18,000 inhabitants, has shops and a few advantages, given its proximity to the A1 motorway and Libercourt station, which connects to Lille and Arras. It is otherwise well served by bus networks to Lens and Lille, via Bulle 5 and line 883. The town also has several sports facilities, including an aquatic centre that opened almost 3 years ago.
