I am offering a bright 10 m² room located on the upper floor of my home, with a private en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a 120 cm bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. You will have access to the garden and its swimming pool, and all local amenities are nearby, with a supermarket, shops, and services just a three-minute walk away. There is easy parking available for a car. Forest paths are also close by, perfect for long walks.
I am looking for a woman or a young woman who is quiet and respectful. Common areas will be shared considerately. You will be responsible for the upkeep of your room and your bathroom.
I am a social worker and am not home very often, except in the evenings. My adult children visit from time to time, but there is no noise disturbance. Although situated in the centre of the town of Cestas, the house offers a peaceful yet lively setting.
