Béatrice est une personne très gentille et agréable, super séjour, la chambre est très bien. Elle donne de très bons conseils pour les restaurants et autres activités sur Périgueux. Je ne suis pas déçu de ce séjour !!!
Que dire ? Tout fut parfait, tout simplement. Béatrice est très accueillante, sympathique, drôle, et non-envahissante. C'est la première fois que je logeais ainsi chez l'habitant, et ce fut une expérience dont je me souviendrai longtemps ! D'ailleurs, la qualité globale de la prestation me donne envie de revenir chez Béa tous les ans... Le lit était moëlleux, le bureau fort pratique pour lire ou surfer sur Internet, et la situation dans la ville (à deux pas de la guinguette de Barnabé) parfaite, avec un petit emplacement très pratique pour se garer. Vraiment, une adresse à recommander. Vous pouvez faire confiance à Béa les yeux fermés !

J’ai séjourné un mois chez Béatrice. C'est une personne gentille, bavarde et avec du tempérament. Elle aime échanger et donner son avis, ce qui peut parfois être un peu direct. Elle n’est pas toujours très attentive au bruit tôt le matin ou tard le soir, et exprime rapidement quand quelque chose ne lui convient pas. Concernant l’organisation, la durée de l’hébergement a changé par rapport à ce qui avait été convenu, ce qui m’a mise dans une situation un peu compliquée en tant qu'étudiante.
Je suis resté une semaine chez Béatrice, apres des début compliqué du a ma timidité et ma pudeur, jai ensuite découvert quelqu'un avec le cœur sur la main, toujours au petit soin, et marrante, pas de sujet tabou, elle vous fera profiter de ses experiences de vie. La chambre est cosy et accueillante, le wifi marche nickel avec un espace dédié pour votre ordinateur. Vous pourrez profitez de son jardin avec ses magnifiques coquelicot. Je recommande vraiment elle vous accueillera avec plaisir. N'hésitez pas.
