Hello, I am looking for a quiet, discreet, respectful, tidy, and non-smoking housemate. Couples and friends are not accepted. Occupancy must not require registration with the local council. The private room, approximately 15 m², comes with bed sheets, towels, a duvet, pillows, storage furniture, and a desk. All modern comforts provided. The housemate will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet, all to be shared in a 75 m² apartment located in the heart of the city centre, close to all transport, shops, the post office, supermarkets, etc. This accommodation would be perfect for an intern or someone on a professional placement, in a probationary period, or in between homes. P.S.: I use the living room 100% of the time when I am present, as I travel a lot and am therefore often away. Security deposit to be agreed upon. Meeting time to be arranged.
