I am renting a furnished room of 10m2 in my apartment, which is a T3.
The room includes:
- a double bed with duvet, pillows, bed linen, towels
- a double chest of drawers
- a wardrobe
- bedside table
- Desk with chair and screen to work comfortably
The living room (sofa, TV, table and chair), kitchen (washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, airfryer, nutribullet included), bathroom and toilet are shared with me when I am there! Fiber internet in wifi.
The apartment is super well located in the center of Caudéran, right in front of Intermarché, bakery at the foot of the building, and less than 5 minutes on foot you have: 4 buses to city center/train station/airport, Parc Bordelais, biocoop, Italian grocery store which makes superb pizzas, La Poste, Le Velo station, tobacconist, fishmonger and organic market behind the church on Saturday morning!
