One-month rental (Montréal - H1W 3J9)
I'm renting a room in a very large and beautiful 4 1/2 apartment. It's very bright and just a few minutes' walk from the Joliette metro station (green line). The apartment has a rear balcony overlooking a pool and green space, making it very comfortable. Use of appliances is included. Furthermore, the apartment is located near the Botanical Garden, the Olympic Stadium, and Collège Maisonneuve, all within walking distance in about ten minutes. I'm looking for a responsible and calm person. All services are included (internet, insurance, hydro, electricity).
This apartment is located in a quiet, clean, welcoming, and safe neighborhood. Several bus lines are easily accessible. Nearby, the Angus Center offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, as well as a CLSC and numerous parks.
