Old-fashioned house, 'in its original state', in a peaceful hamlet, ideal for rest. Heating 🪵 T° 16°.
⚠️⚠️ 'CLUTTER AND DUST', not very ☀️. All spaces are shared with 4 people (+ 3 large dogs and 2 cats, often outside).
8 m² bedroom (please avoid eating in there). Spartan, with a 140 cm bed (upholstered bed base placed directly on the floor), a writing desk for your things and/or a computer, 3 power outlets, and, ⚠️, an aquarium (silent 😊). Next door, another bedroom, separated by wooden crates and a cardboard partition, offering moderate soundproofing (please avoid talking too loudly and USE HEADPHONES for your shows 😉). 🤫📵🔇 after 11pm.
In the small kitchen/living area of 20m², accessible at certain 🕖, there is a 2-burner gas stove, air fryer, kettle (refrigerator in the attached barn). 🚽 on the ground floor, as well as 🚿 and sink (the area is a bit 🥶, equipped with a fan heater). TV in the lounge upstairs. Mobile network is limited inside, but there is Wi-Fi.
