Description
We are a couple aged 32 and 37, we rent a room for one person per night in our 62m2 apartment. We are used to living in shared accommodation, we are respectful, discreet and we adapt to our hosts.
The area is quiet, close to Bercy and Gare de Lyon. You will be a 10-minute walk from Nation (Metro L1.2.6.9, RER A), 5 minutes from Daumesnil (Metro L6.8) and 3 minutes from Bel Air (Metro L6). It is easy to park nearby.
The bedroom has a double bed, storage space, and a small desk. We provide sheets and towels at your convenience.
You will have access to the kitchen as well as the living room/balcony in addition to the bathrooms.
