The apartment is close to the faculties of science and medicine, the law faculty, and other schools and high schools.
At least three gyms are within a 10-minute walk, and for running enthusiasts, the Promenade des Anglais is less than 1.2 km from the apartment. And of course, there's the famous Old Nice, known for its lively atmosphere!
