Nice room at home
The entire apartment, with an area of 70 m², is accessible and with all amenities.
The apartment, in a secure condominium, also has a private garden that you can enjoy.
Available immediately in the commune of Les Angles. You can reach Avignon without difficulty in around 10-15 minutes by car or even by bus with the line which is a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
The rent will be 350 euros all inclusive (water, electricity, heating, co-ownership charges, use of various household appliances and fiber).
You will also have to appreciate the presence of cats.
I am looking for a seriously interested person, up for a roommate, sharing experience. We have already had shared accommodation experiences that went very well.
