Nice big bright furnish room in a sharing house. The street is very quiete and close to all public transport and supermarket like Lidl, Carrefour, Delhaize and Colruyt.
At only 10min by car from the airport, Nato, Dieghem, EEC, Toyota, Decatlon.
The house is for working people only. No student please.
Only respnsable, quiete, clean and respectfull renter.
The house was completelly renew for the rooms, bathroom and kitchen, ailsation of the wall, double glasses window, new heating, new floor and wall.
Exept the staircase who should still be finished.
the rent is for calender month even if you arrive later or leave earlier.
The rent is for minimum 4 month.
