I live and work in the house, accompanied by my dog and my cat. This means that I am often present. I offer for rent two rooms that share a bathroom located on the first floor. I take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the house, as well as changing the sheets every two weeks. You will benefit from a comfort similar to that of an apartment hotel. The kitchen is for the use of all. The microwave and the hotplates are available, provided that you do not prepare smelly dishes, because I receive patients until 8 p.m. A place in the refrigerator and a cupboard are allocated to each tenant. It often happens that my adult children come to share a family meal on the weekends and that my grandchildren spend their stay with us during the school holidays. This is why I would have a preference for a tenant present only during the week. Many shops are easily accessible on foot. As for transport, the SNCF train station served by lines L or U is 7 minutes away. Metro line 10 (Boulogne/Pont de Saint-Cloud) is 15 minutes away, as is tram T2. Several bus lines (360, 460, 471, 160) are also nearby.

Quiet and sunny room located on the first floor of our family home. It is comfortably furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a desk. The bathroom is shared with me for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights "only." Few electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the bedroom desk. If necessary, I show the tenant how to activate the Wi-Fi on the router.
