We offer you single rooms in a superb, freshly renovated house located near the GHDC hospitals, the Montigny-sur-Sambre high schools, the University of Charleroi, Charleroi airport, sports halls, many shops...
A very beautiful garden is at your disposal, with a sunny terrace.
Common spaces are shared with very friendly students or young workers. All our accommodations are completely renovated and have nice living rooms with a new equipped kitchen (oven, hood, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), very large, bright bedrooms with sink and showers for some. The others share a bathroom for 2-3 people maximum!
The fixed charges cover the costs of water, heating, electricity, internet, fire insurance (Waiver of tenant recourse), and cleaning of common areas.
