10min walk from the CPNV

There are common areas shared with my 25 year old brother and his 23 year old girlfriend (my bestie). My father is on the ground floor, I don't remember how old he is:

- living room with TV and fridge
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machines
- kitchenette with fridge on the 1st
- second living room with TV, Blacon and bar for evenings with a few friends. - Free parking space in front of the house

You have to be ok with cats (2 cats at home who will have access to all floors except the personal bedroom).
