We are a friendly, calm, and professional married couple, eager to share our free space in our charming apartment located on the top floor of an eco-district.
You are a non-smoker/vaper, enjoy the company of cats (we have two that live indoors); whether you are a student, professional, or intern, you are responsible and caring. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets.
The furnished room measures 10.44 m² in a 70.89 m² apartment that also includes a 11.54 m² furnished balcony. The room includes a single bed, bed linen, a duvet, towels, central heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, lighting, water, and cleaning products.
For harmonious coexistence, we appreciate that each person controls their own volume to avoid disturbing others, particularly when using headphones for music or television, a laptop, or making calls.
